School owners and principals
- Better visibility into school transportation.
- More organised management of buses and drivers.
- Easier oversight of routes and active trips.
- Better communication with parents.
SafeBus helps schools manage transportation, lets parents follow their children's school bus journeys, and gives drivers the tools to keep every trip organised.
Parents get peace of mind. Schools get control. Drivers get a clear plan. All of it works from the same information.
A simple, reassuring view of your own child's bus journey, made to be opened on a phone in a few seconds.
Authorised school staff can manage buses, routes, drivers, students and daily transport activity from one central place.
No technical skills needed to run it day to day.
Assign buses, drivers, routes, students and stops.
The driver app reports the trip and its location while the trip runs, as long as the phone allows location tracking.
Authorised staff can see buses and active trips on the live map.
Parents get relevant pickup and arrival updates about their own children.
Everything below is part of the working system. What is still being proven is listed honestly at the end.
Bus positions come from the driver's phone while a trip runs, and appear on the school's live map with the route and stops.
Build routes with ordered stops, assign each student to a stop, and give each bus a driver and an attendant.
Parents see their own child's journey and receive trip, pickup, arrival and delay updates in the parent app.
Every running bus on one map for authorised staff.
Drivers, attendants and buses, with simple driver sign-in.
See which trips are running, finished or delayed.
Drivers can report incidents from the app, and staff see them.
The driver app keeps its readings and sends them when it reconnects.
Ten reports, downloadable as CSV or PDF.
Five roles, each school's data separate from every other school's.
Parents can install the parent app from their phone's browser.
Your school's name and logo appear for your staff and parents.
SafeBus has been tested with demo data and simulated trips. Real-road pilot testing with a school is the next stage, so we do not publish accuracy or uptime promises yet. Phone push notifications, SMS and WhatsApp alerts are planned, and are not switched on today: parent updates appear in the parent app.
Pick a view. The moving bus below is a demonstration on an illustrative map, not a real bus.
A parent only ever sees their own child's bus. Timings here are a sample, not a promise.
Staff see every bus of their own school. Other schools' buses are never shown.
We will walk you through a demonstration.
A tracker shows where a vehicle is. A school transport platform also knows who is on it, where it is going, and who needs to be told.
Good at one thing: showing a vehicle.
Tracking plus the school transport workflow.
"Working" means built and tested with demo data. Real-road pilot testing is the next stage.
Access follows each person's role and school. We explain what is built in, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
A parent's account is linked to their own children and nobody else's.
Each school's information is separated inside the database.
Administrators and parents sign in with a password plus a one-time code sent to their e-mail. Pages use an encrypted connection.
Parents get a limited view of the journey, not a view of the whole fleet.

SafeBus is a school transport platform with three parts: a driver app, a parent app, and a dashboard for school staff. Together they help a school run its buses and let parents follow their own child's journey.
The driver starts a trip in the driver app. While the trip runs, the phone sends the bus's location to SafeBus, which shows it on the school's live map. The phone needs location switched on and permission for the app to use it.
The school invites each parent by e-mail. The parent signs in with a password and a one-time code sent to their e-mail, and then sees only their own linked children. The parent app can be installed from the phone's browser.
Yes. A school can manage its buses, drivers, attendants, routes and students, and see every running bus on one live map.
An Android phone with the SafeBus driver app, mobile data, and location permission. Drivers sign in with a driver code and password given by the school.
The driver app keeps its readings on the phone while it has no signal and sends them when it reconnects. The school can see a bus that has stopped reporting.
Access depends on the person's role and school. A parent sees only their own linked children, each school's data is kept separate, and sign-in uses a password plus an e-mailed one-time code. See the privacy notice for more.
